PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT:
Items will
be processed and ready for shipping within five business days.
Please allow an additional two to five business days for your items to
arrive.
These processing times may vary around holidays, so it is always best to
order your gift items in advance, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
If for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise
delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
If you are local to the Richmond
area and would like to pick up your item to save on shipping, just email Ginger and it can be arranged!
EXCHANGES
AND RETURNS:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the
item or return it for credit. Please notify us of your return request
within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once your return request
has been approved, the item must be returned within 10 business days,
unused and in the original packaging, in order to receive your
exchange/credit. All shipping charges for returns and any replacement
item(s) shipped will be your responsibility. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Full refunds will be offered for any item not in stock at the time of your
order.
PAYMENT METHODS:
All payments are made through Paypal either with a credit card or through
your bank.
Please Note: You DO NOT
need a Paypal account in order to submit payment with your credit card.
